A great way to determine this is by looking at the veins on your wrist and the inside of your arm...
Warm Undertones: veins will appear more green, or olive.
Cool Undertones: veins will appear more blue, or purple.
Neutral Undertones: inability to define whether veins appear more blue, or green.
