What's The Covid-19 Situation?

Delayed Responses:

  • Our wonderful Customer Support Team are all currently WFH which could result in some minor delays to response times. We understand that you might have a few extra questions, or experience an issue during the early Gymshark Black Friday sale, which will result in you sliding into our wonderful Customer Support Team's DMs. If you don't receive an immediate response, please be reassured that we will be working round the clock - albeit remotely* - to answer your DMs and e-mails pronto.

When Does The Early Gymshark Black Friday Sale Start And How Long Will It Last?

The early Gymshark Black Friday sale will start on the 13th of November, at 7PM GMT. Click here to find out what time the early Gymshark Black Friday sale starts in your country! (Just enter 7PM GMT and then your country of residence to find the equivalent start time).

As for when it ends? We don't yet have an end date, but we can promise that you'll have to get yours fast. Please further be aware that as the business grows it does mean that we are vulnerable to fake accounts claiming to sell Gymshark clothing.

Therefore, when placing an order with Gymshark, please only order from gymshark.com, as this is the only place in which you will find real and authentic Gymshark clothing and accessories. To find more on this, please read through our article on fake Gymshark accounts.

The Sale Starts In An Hour, Why Is The Site Down?

On November 13th at 6PM GMT, we'll be turning gymshark.com off. In its place, you'll find a rather delightful holding page with a countdown to the start of the early Gymshark Black Friday sale.

This means that you won't be able to visit the site, add items to your basket, or, checkout until the early Gymshark Black Friday sale goes live on November 13th at 7PM GMT. 

Which Items Will Be Discounted During The Early Gymshark Black Friday Sale And At What Percentage?

Will AfterPay, Klarna Or iDeal Be Available To Use During The Early Gymshark Black Friday Sale?

iDeal will be available to use on the Gymshark Netherlands store for the duration of the early Gymshark Black Friday sale.

Klarna will be available to use on the following stores for the duration of the early Gymshark Black Friday sale:

  • Sweden

  • Germany

For those living in the UK, USA, Norway, Denmark and Finland - Klarna will be available to use as an alternative payment once checkout queues have calmed.

Unfortunately, AfterPay will be unavailable to use during the first few hours of our early Black Friday Sale. However, similarly to Klarna, will be turned back on once checkout queues have calmed.

I Can't Log Into My Gymshark Account?

Don’t panic! For those living in the US, UK, Germany and Canada - we’ve had to turn off the feature allowing people to log into their Gymshark account during the initial start-up period of the sale. This means that you won’t be able to view your order history, or use pre-saved addresses during the checkout process. 

Please note, any orders placed during this time frame will still appear in your customer account/order history, (as long as you've used the same email address as your account), once the feature has been turned back on later in the day.

For those of you who DO NOT live in the US, UK, Germany or Canada, and are still unable to log into your Gymshark account, please contact our Customer Support Team for help.

Can I Use My Student, Apprentice And Service Discount During The Early Gymshark Black Friday Sale?

Absolutely! During our early Gymshark Black Friday sale, students, apprentices, and public service personnel can obtain a 10%* discount (which can be used in conjunction with the on-site discount), from our affiliate partners. Please note, some of these offers won't be live until the start date of the early Gymshark Black Friday Sale (13th November 2020, at 7PM GMT):

Previously, customers have experienced queues on these websites at the time of launch - to avoid this and losing out on sale items, get your code earlier in the day (up to 24 hours before with student beans).

*In light of Covid-19, we now offer 15% off to all Health Service customers through the Blue Light Card.

Will Items Be Restocked During The Early Gymshark Black Friday Sale?

Certain lines will be restocked during our early Gymshark Black Friday sale.

We don't have a set schedule for restocks (no dates or times), however, we will be re-stocking some of our inventory as soon as stock becomes available. We recommend keeping an eye on the website - who knows if that item you have your eye on will come back in stock...

Are My Items Reserved In The Cart?

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. Stock is only allocated once a payment has been confirmed. If an item does happen to go out of stock by the time you reach checkout, we recommend proceeding with your payment for the remaining items in your cart. If you go back to add another item, you risk the website resetting your place in the queue. Please note that any items in your cart prior to the sale will be removed when the website updates on November 13th, for the launch of our early Black Friday sale.

One Of My Items Has Gone Out Of Stock, And Now I Don't Want My Other Item...

Unfortunately, if an item does happen to go out of stock by the time you reach checkout, we don't currently have the functionality to remove any additional items from your basket. If you do try and remove an item, this will result in the website taking you back to your cart; resetting your place in the queue, and putting your other items at risk as you begin the checkout process again. In this instance, we'd recommend proceeding with your order/checkout and returning any items you no longer wish for, via our returns portal.

There Is A Queue At Checkout, Shall I Refresh The Page?

There may be a chance that you experience a queue during checkout. In this instance, please do not refresh the page as this will lose your place in the line. We'll get you through as quickly as possible, but please note that waiting times during the first few hours of the sale, could be up to 45 minutes.

I Haven't Received An Order Number, But My Money Has Been Taken...

Please keep a close eye on your inbox for an order confirmation email.

Please note, if you're quick off the mark and order during the first few hours of our early Black Friday sale, you may experience a delay in receiving your order confirmation email.

If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, and weren't redirected to the order confirmation screen on-site, please check with your bank to see if the payment has gone through. If a payment has been taken, please then contact our Customer Support Team for further assistance (it may just be that in the rush of The Gymshark Sale, you entered your email address in wrong)...

I've Entered The Wrong Email Address...

We totally get it. In the midst of rushing to enter all your details and get your order secured, you've put your email address in slightly wrong... 

Now, please don't panic. Once you've placed an order, if you've been re-directed to the order confirmation screen, we can confirm that we have received your purchase, and we're getting it ready. Feel free to take a screenshot of the order confirmation screen for peace of mind.

Alternatively, feel free to get in touch with our Customer Support Team with your correct details. Whilst they may not be able to forward on your order confirmation email (data protection reasons, pls don't hate us), they will be able to confirm and send through all shipping and tracking details in relation to your order, once it has been picked, packaged and handed to the courier for delivery.

Can I Cancel My Order?

For those living in the US, UK, Germany or Canada, please note that during the initial start-up period of the early Gymshark Black Friday sale, the cancellation button (which appears after you place your order), will be disabled.

All other regions will be able to cancel their order within 15 minutes of placing it, if needed. You can do this either via your order confirmation email, or, by logging into your GS account: locate your order and then press the 'cancel order' button.

If, however, you are in desperate need of cancelling your order, please drop our Customer Support Team a DM. Where possible, they'll try their best to action a cancellation for you!

I've Made A Mistake On My Order, Can I Change It?

Once an order is placed we are unable to make any amendment’s. This includes order details, like changing sizes or colours, adding products, and also altering your shipping address. You may be able to amend your address using the courier self service options once your order has been despatched. In this instance, we'd recommend proceeding with your order and returning any items you no longer wish for, via our returns portal.

Alternatively, if you'd prefer to cancel your order in its entirety, please send our Customer Support Team a DM. Where possible, they'll try their best to action a cancellation for you!

I Placed More Than One Order, Can I Combine Them?

If you have placed multiple orders, we are unfortunately unable to combine these or refund the shipping charges.
