When Does The Gymshark Sale, 2024, Start?
The Gymshark Sale will start on June 27th, 2024, at:
🇺🇸 8 am PT, 9 am MT, 11 am ET for North American regions
🇦🇺 6 pm AEST, 4 pm AWST for Australian regions
🌍 4 pm BST for all other international regions
Gymshark London Store Sale Times
We're launching the sale a little earlier in our Regent Street Store in London, UK. So the sale will start at 10 am BST on June 27th when the store opens! If you're in London and want to shop the sale earlier, head to our retail store and get your hands on some fresh new 'fits! Oh... and you get to try on your picks first too, win!
As for when The Gymshark Sale ends? We don't have an end date just yet, but we can promise that you'll have to get yours fast.

Which Payment Methods Will Be Available To Use During The Gymshark Sale?
We'll be removing some payment methods during the go-live of the sale to ensure we're able to offer the best experience for everyone. Want to know what will and won't be available to use during the initial sale launch? Check the deets below:
iDEAL will be available to use on the Gymshark Netherlands store for the duration of The Gymshark Sale.
Klarna will be available to use on the following stores for the duration of The Gymshark Sale:

ORDERS
Sale items will be available to order from June 27th 2024; 8 am PT, 9 am MT, 11 am ET for North American regions, 6 pm AEST and 4 pm AWST for Australian regions, and 4 pm BST for all other international regions.
If items are marked FINAL SALE, they are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
Adding an item to your cart, unfortunately, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout.
I've Made A Mistake On My Order, Can I Change It?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments. This includes order details like changing sizes or colours, adding products, or altering your shipping address, or shipping method. You may be able to amend your address using the courier self-service options once your order has been dispatched.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes! You'll be able to cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it if needed. You can do this either via your order confirmation email or, by logging into your GS account: locate your order and then press the ‘cancel order’ button.

I've Placed Multiple Orders, But Only One Has Arrived?
We always try and dispatch orders on a 'first come first serve' basis. However, due to the BTS operations at our warehouses, unfortunately, we're not always able to do this.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
There's a chance that if you place multiple orders during The Gymshark Sale, your second order may be dispatched and delivered before your first.
Rest assured, we're working to get your order(s) to you as quickly as we can - just keep an eye on your inbox for your shipment emails!
I'm Missing Some Items In My Order...
Due to stock availability within our warehouses, your order may be dispatched in separate packages on different days. Don't worry! You'll receive an email from our Customer Support Team, alongside new tracking information for your remaining items if this is the case.
If an item you've ordered goes out of stock, the item will be refunded and any remaining items will be dispatched. As always, we'll let you know of any new changes to your order by email.

SHIPPING
Will Express Shipping Be Available During The Gymshark Sale?
For the duration of the sale, express delivery will only be available for the UK, US, Canada and Australia.
At the time of ordering, the best current delivery options for your region will be displayed at checkout. If express delivery isn’t an option, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer this service at this time and won’t be able to add this to your order.

Discounts will be up to 60% off everything on gymshark.com during The Gymshark Sale. Please note that given stock, discounts and inventory will vary across stores.

Can I Use More Than One Discount Code On An Order During The Gymshark Sale?
Please note, that during the Gymshark Sale, you’ll only be able to use one discount code per order.
Can I Use My Student, Apprentice, And Service Discount During The Gymshark Sale?
Absolutely! During The Gymshark Sale, students, apprentices, and public service personnel can obtain a 12%* discount (which can be used on top of the sale discount), from our partners.

Can I Use An Athlete Code During The Gymshark Sale?
Yes! Athlete codes will give their usual 10% discount whilst the sale is live. Support your favorite Gymshark athlete by heading to their social media channel and finding their athlete code to use (hint: it's usually their first name).
FYI: Only one discount code can be entered at checkout, therefore an athlete code can’t be combined with a student code.

Returns
Can I Return Items From The Gymshark Sale?
Yes! All orders currently have a 30-day return period and this won't change for this year's Gymshark Sale.
PLEASE NOTE:
All items marked FINAL SALE will not be eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit.
All personalized items from the Gymshark LDN Store will not be eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
Bottles, underwear, and swimwear will not be eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit.
