Delayed Responses... Why Are You Ghosting Me?
We understand that you might have a few extra questions, or experience an issue during The Gymshark Sale, which will result in you sliding into the DMs of our Customer Support Team. If you don't receive an immediate response, please be reassured that we will be working round the clock - albeit *remotely - to answer your DMs and e-mails pronto.
Please note, to ensure that we can handle your responses as quickly as possible, please do not message Customer Support on more than one channel, and please do not send multiple messages regarding the same issue. If you do, this will move you to the back of our inbox - you know how these things work...

When Does The Gymshark Sale Start?
The Gymshark Sale starts on the June 7th, at 7PM BST. Click Here to find out what time The Gymshark Sale starts in your country! (Just enter 7PM BST - British Summer Time - and then your country of residence to find the equivalent start time).
As for when it ends? Last year, the sale was just 1 day. This year, you'll have longer. How much longer? We can't tell you. That would ruin the fun.
The Sale Starts In An Hour, Why Is The Site Down?!
On June 7th at 6PM BST, we'll be turning Gymshark.Com off. In its place, you'll find a rather delightful holding page with a countdown to the start of The Gymshark Sale.
This means that you won't be able to visit the site, add items to your basket, or, checkout until The Gymshark Sale goes live at 7PM BST, on June 7th.
Which Items Will Be Discounted During The Gymshark Sale?

I've Never Shopped At Gymshark Before, What Size Should I Go For?

I Can't Log Into My Gymshark Account!
Don’t panic! We’ve had to turn off the feature allowing people to log into their Gymshark account during the initial start-up period of the sale. This means that you won’t be able to view your order history, or use pre-saved addresses during the checkout process.
Please note, any orders placed during this time frame will still appear in your customer account/order history, (as long as you've used the same email address as your account), once the feature has been turned back on later in the day.
Will Items Be Restocked During The Gymshark Sale?
Unfortunately this year, items won't be restocked during The Gymshark Sale. So get prepped.
We're not talking pre-workout and gym 'fits, we're talking browsers and wishlists.
Are My Items Reserved In The Cart?
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock for your final checkout - stock is only allocated once a payment has been confirmed.
If an item does happen to go out of stock by the time you reach checkout, we'd recommend proceeding with your payment for the remaining items in your cart. If you go back to add another item, you unfortunately risk the website resetting your place in the queue.
Please note that any items in your cart prior to the sale will be removed when the website updates on June 7th, for the launch of The Gymshark Sale.
There Is A Queue At Checkout, Shall I Refresh The Page?
There may be a chance that you experience a queue during checkout. In this instance, please do not refresh the page as this will lose your place in the line.
We'll get you through as quickly as possible, but please note that waiting times during the first few hours of the sale, could be up to 45 minutes.
One Of My Items Has Gone Out Of Stock And Now I Don't Want The Other Item...
Unfortunately, if an item does happen to go out of stock by the time you reach checkout, we don't currently have the functionality to remove any additional items from your basket.
If you do try and remove an item, this will result in the website taking you back to your cart; resetting your place in the queue, and putting your other items at risk as you begin the checkout process again.
In this instance, we'd recommend proceeding with your order/checkout and returning any items you no longer wish for, via our Returns Portal.
Will Afterpay, Clearpay, Klarna, or iDeal Be Available To Use During The Gymshark Sale?
iDeal will be available to use on the Gymshark Netherlands store for the duration of The Gymshark Sale.
Klarna will be available to use on the following stores for the duration of The Gymshark Sale:
Afterpay won't be available to use on the US Gymshark store during the first few hours of The Gymshark Sale, however will be available to use as an alternative payment method once checkout queues have calmed.

Can I Use My Student, Apprentice, Or Service Discount During The Gymshark Sale?
During our The Gymshark Sale, students, apprentices, and public service personnel can obtain a 10%* discount (which can be used in conjunction with the on-site discount) from our affiliate partners.

I Haven't Received An Order Number, But My Money Has Been Taken?!

Please note, if you're quick off the mark and order during the first few hours of The Gymshark Sale, you may experience a delay in receiving your order confirmation email.
If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, and weren't redirected to the order confirmation screen on-site, please check with your bank to see if the payment has gone through. If a payment has been taken, please then contact our Customer Support Team for further assistance (it may just be that in the rush of The Gymshark Sale, you entered your email address in wrong)...
Can I Cancel My Order?
For those living in the US, UK, Germany or Canada, please note that during the initial start-up period of The Gymshark Sale, the cancellation button (which appears after you place your order), will be disabled.
All other regions will be able to cancel their order within 15 minutes of placing it, if needed. You can do this either via your order confirmation email, or, by logging into your GS account: locate your order and then press the 'cancel order' button.
If, however, you're in desperate need of cancelling your order, please drop our Customer Support Team a DM. Where possible, they'll try their best to action a cancellation for you!
I've Made A Mistake On My Order, Can I Change It?
Once an order is placed we're unfortunately unable to make any amendments.
This includes order details, like changing sizes or colours, adding products, and also altering your shipping address. (You may be able to amend your address using the courier self service options once your order has been despatched).
In this instance, we'd recommend proceeding with your order and returning any items you no longer wish for, via our Returns Portal.
Alternatively, if you'd prefer to cancel your order in its entirety, please send our Customer Support Team a DM. Where possible, they'll try their best to action a cancellation for you!
I've Placed More Than One Order, Can I Combine Them?
If you have placed multiple orders, we're unfortunately unable to combine these or refund the shipping charges.
