If you're looking to switch up your next upper body workout, then the humble kettlebell is your new best friend. Not only are they super practical, they can also provide you with a challenging workout that will sculpt your upper body and make sure you get a sweat on. 

Here are 5 upper body exercises you can do with the kettlebell:

Kettlebell single arm press

The single arm press is a great workout to challenge your upper body! 

Renegade Row 

This exercise is tough, but it helps improve core strength and works your chest, triceps and shoulders

Upright row

One Arm Tricep Extension

Turkish get up 

This movement is great as it challenges your whole body.
