What Do You Wanna Talk About?

Sometimes we want to train. Sometimes we need to talk. We're here for both.

At Gymshark Deload, we want to be here to help anyone who needs it, however we can, whether that's in the content we create or through our trusted Deload Sidekicks. Sometimes though, an expert's ear, opinion or advice can't be overlooked. That's why we've worked with The Mix to create a list of contacts for anyone after help.

Global Mental Health Support Signposts

General Guidance

Availability of support can vary from country to country, and there are not always reliable options available everywhere. Equally, contact details and services will come and go over time, so The Mix encourages you to check where possible to see if these details are up-to-date, and continually review for new services that come online. In particular The Mix recommends two sources for online directories of help services:

  • Befrienders Worldwide - hold a database on helplines that can offer a listening space for people in different countries that tend to be similar to what The Samaritans offer in the UK.

Country/Region Finder

The Mix have helpfully separated out countries where they are aware of multiple services, and grouped together regions where they are aware of online resources that can help find specific countries in that area.
